Your villa is equipped with everything necessary for a stress-free vacation or business trip. The kitchen includes a complete set of dishes and cooking utensils, while the main bedrooms feature California King beds fitted with luxurious memory foam mattresses. An additional guest bedroom upstairs offers two brand new queen beds (added in 2021). Just bring your clothing and toiletries for a seamless experience!

The upstairs master suite boasts its own private lanai with views facing the Disney Aulani resort. Enjoy leisure time golfing at the acclaimed Ko Olina Golf Course or indulge in a rejuvenating massage at the nearby Four Seasons Resort at Ko Olina (fees apply).

While you’ll love staying at this remarkable property, if you wish to explore, shops like Costco, Safeway, and Target are conveniently located just a few miles away. Additionally, attractions like Pearl Harbor and the vibrant Waikiki area can be reached in about 30 minutes, while the North Shore’s surfing spots are approximately an hour's drive. With its exceptional beaches, golf facilities, marina, and top-notch restaurants, Ko Olina has much to offer.

Although the maximum occupancy is six guests, this villa is optimally suited for one group of six since it allows only one vehicle per rental. Street parking is not permitted, and neighborhood guest parking is unavailable. Thus, each group must use only one vehicle for their stay, and oversized trucks or vans, along with any vehicle displaying logos, are not allowed.

• Barbecues on lanais have been removed due to fire code regulations; however, BBQs are available at the pool area.
• Guests have access to the entire villa, except for specific owner's areas.
• No events are allowed on the property; only guests included in the rental agreement may be present.
• Occupancy limit: maximum of 6 guests (including infants and children).
• Parking is limited to one vehicle; no additional overnight parking is available within Ko Olina.
• This property can only be rented for a minimum of 30 consecutive days.
• No pets or smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• Security cameras are installed around the property for safety and compliance purposes.
